Whenever we need a
cake for a family party or a business function or a
political event, we always think of "The Cake Box
Bakery" Cindy is extremely creative and always
seems to know just the right thing to do to add a
festive cake to any occasion. And, her cakes are
always moist and tasty, as well as being colorful and
dramatic. (For, instance, she has designed: a
NASCAR-themed cake with cars on a track for my late
father, a car dealer who was a great race fan; a
stand-up doll cake (complete with a Barbie in a
hoop-skirt); and a medieval castle cake, complete
with knights and a moat.
We were so pleased
when Cindy decided to extend her talents into catering
for business and personal events. We have used her
services on several occasions and have been extremely
pleased with each job.
We would recommend
her and her services to anyone for any occasion without
reservation.

We would like to
extend our utmost gratitude to Cindy Hightower at "The
Cake Box Bakery". We picked the cake called
"Janette's" for our daughters wedding.
The cake was so elegant and creatively designed.
The best tasting cake and frosting we have ever ate.
I, myself am one of those who does not like frosting -
but this was superb tasting. Everyone who attended
the wedding was bragging about the taste and wanted to
know where we purchased the cake and believe you me
...we told them! Cindy - Your GREAT!

Just wanted to send
a heartfelt "Thank you!" for a truly amazing and unique
wedding cake! When we first came to Cindy about doing a
"whimsy" cake for our wedding, we weren't sure she could
re-create the kind of Alice In Wonderland-style cake we
saw in a magazine, simply because she'd never done
anything like it before. After talking to her about it
and seeing some of her previous work, we felt a bit
better about the possibilities, but still didn't know
exactly how the cake would turn out. When we finally saw
the cake the day of our wedding, it was a genuine thrill
- exactly what we asked for, but even better than we
imagined. The cake was not only colorful, fun and
"different," to say the least, it tasted great. Our
guests were duly impressed. Thanks for adding such fun
to our wedding!

I have used the Cake
Box for catering on several occasions and they always do
an outstanding job! Cindy always goes above and beyond
the call of duty. She is easy to work with and is open
to new ideas and themes. My daughter just got married
and everyone loved the way she decorated the tables,
enjoyed the type of food served, and raved on how
beautiful the cakes were. Cindy and her team are so
friendly and a joy to do business with. I would highly
recommend her for all of your catering needs!
