Since 1978
The Cake Box Bakery was
founded in 1978, in its present location of 342 North
Expressway, Griffin,
Georgia. Originally a cake decorating supply shop, the
bakery portion opened in 1987. In 1995 it was
purchased by Cindy Hightower. Linda Watson was
promoted to manager in 2004 after seven plus years with
the company.
 Our
goal is to provide superior quality baked goods,
combined with a friendly hometown atmosphere. Our
delicious cakes
are reasonably priced and something OUR customers
are proud to serve to THEIR guests. We are particular in
the number of cake orders we take, so as to insure a
Top Quality product for each and every one of our
valued customers!
All
orders are custom orders with close attention
given to detail and pleasing our customers. Our products
are made with only the freshest ingredients and are
never frozen! Achieving the title of Spalding
County's Best Cake for the last several years is
not taken lightly, and it is a title we intend to keep!
The Cake Box Bakery is proud to
be the Cake Designer for The Tarleton Oaks,
The Hampton House and Making Memories Catering among
many other venues, enjoying a large repeat clientele.
We've also
established an impressive reputation as a
simple to extravagant caterer,
catering events ranging from Cookies & Coffee, to
a Full Course Grilled Steak Dinner.
